Stroll through mountains and valleys on winding pathways that open up to breathtaking panoramic views. Explore the forests of mape (Tahitian chestnut trees), cross Tahiti Nui (the big island) or Tahiti Iti (the little island).

Horse Riding

Saddle up on a Marquesan horse and ride through coconut plantations, along white sandy beaches or up rivers amidst luxuriant vegetation.

Mountain Biking

A mountain bike is necessary to cross the interior of the islands and these can be rented at many hotels.

FWD and Quads

There is a choice of four-wheel drive excursions, including safaris to vanilla plantations and day excursions to the interior and the heart of the mountains on most islands. You can also rent a car, scooter or quad.
