Activities

Tahiti: Star Clipper activities Life on board a Star Clipper ship is relaxed – dress code for dinner is smart casual and meal times are easy-going with no fixed seating. There are two bars, the indoor piano bar and outdoor tropical bar. The Captain’s daily briefing is a chance to hear some great story telling and at certain ports local entertainers are brought aboard to entertain you with an authentic taste of the local music and arts.

Activities on board include impromptu entertainment by the crew and hilarious crab racing contests.

At most ports of call there will be arranged tours for you to take part in and these range from a boat trip to a black pearl farm, 4 x 4 rides on Mo‘orea to horse riding in the Marquesas Islands.

All passengers have access to the watersports programme including snorkelling, scuba diving, Sunfish sailing, water skiing and windsurfing. All watersports are complimentary except scuba diving. Every cruise ship has its own dive master and it is possible to become PADI Resort Certified during the cruise. A medical consent from is required for passengers wishing to complete their certificate.
